Our history

We've been providing an exhaustive range of first-class services in Leicester area and the United Kingdom for a considerable period.

1988 to 2000

Company founded in 1988 and an example of some of our diverse projects from that time  include:

• Commission by Cunard to carry out QS and Project Management Consultancy for the fit out of the QE2.
• Further QS work on the QE2 for the repairs following a collission with a rock close to New York in 1992.
• Project work undertaken on:
  • Liverpool Street Station
  • Various Barclay Bank fitouts
  • Various Nuffield and BUPA Hospitals (mainly new theatre extensions)
  • ADT Auction Halls
  • Major Local Authority Residential and Landscaping schemes
  • Project Management, QS and Clients Agents for the re-development of Kilworth House into The Kilworth House Hotel Conference and Theatre Complex (Grade II Listed Organgery and re-locating two species of rare bats!)

2000 to current

Moved to our current office in Thurmaston:

• NHS Project and Quantity Surveying work undertaken on:
  • Glenfield Hospital - Leicester
  • Stretton Hall - Kettering
  • Towers Hospital - Leicester
• Sports complexes - development including Rugby Clubs, Sports Hall, Gymnasiums and other Leisure facilities.
• Local Authorities - Rutland, Charnwood, Market Harborough and Leicester:
  • Setting up "new home" strategical work and framework agreements
• Universities and Colleges:
  • Loughborough University
    • Long standing relationship over many years.
